GYM POLICY

Please read carefully before signing up.

• All gym members are required to undergo an induction before using the gym.

• Gym membership is solely for the use of the person filling out this form.

• If you wish to invite a guest, a gym disclaimer form must be completed and £5.00 to be paid upon entry.

• No personal training is allowed under the membership fee. Additional pricing can be discussed with the gym manager if you wish to perform Personal training.

• The minimum age for a membership is 16 years old unless approved by the gym manager.

• If you misplace your door entry card you will be charged £8.00 for a replacement

• If you have an emergency or injury and need to contact the emergency services, there is a phone located next to the entrance. This can also be used to contact the gym manager by pressing the speed dial button.

• Memberships are contracted for a minimum of 2 months. if you wish to cancel your membership then one months notice will be needed.
